Materials

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulatedsugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanillaextract
  • 1 tbs lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup blueberriesfresh or frozen (about3.5 ounces or 100 g)
  • 3 tbs La Vieja Fabrica Blueberry fruit spread
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 beaten egg for egg wash

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350degrees F.
  • 2. Using 8 hand-heldmixer, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla
    extract and lemonzest until well combined and creamy. In 8 medium sized bowl,
    gently stir theblueberries and blueberry fruit spread together.
  • 3. Unroll the puffpastry. Make an equal number of 2 inch wide and 2 inch long
    cuts along both longsides. Spread the filling down the middle of the pastry.
    Distribute theblueberry filling. Fold one end of pastry over the filling. Fold the
    pastry strips diagonallyover the filling, alternating left and right and fold end over
    before altern8ting lasttwo strips. Brush beaten egg over strudel. Bake for about
    30minutes, until the strudel is browned and the filling is set.

  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • 3 apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter,melted

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheatoven to 375°F
  • Addpeaches and apples to cast iron skillet. Sprinkle ½ cup sugar and 1 tbspcinnamon on top.
  • Ina small bowl whisk together melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda andadd with 1 tbsp La Vieja Fabrica Peach Fruit Spread. Whisk until well combined.Spread batter over peaches and apples until evenly coated.
  • Bakefor 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp La Vieja Fábrica SweetOrange fruit spread
  • 1/4 cup shaved almonds
  • sugar for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • Beat eggs, milk and oil.
  • Gradually add dry mixture with wet a few spoonfuls at a time. Foldin almonds and orange zest.
  • Grease mini loaf pan and pour mixture an inch below the top foran even rise. Garnish with almond slices and sugar.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the center comes out clean withtoothpick.

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine the baking powder and sugar in a samll bowl. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix. Slowly whisk in flour until well incorpated. Add peanut butter and fruit spread and mix again.
  • Roll batter into small balls ans place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp La Vieja Fabrica Bluberry fruit spread
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • Place graham crackers in a ziplock bag and mash until you seefine crumbs.
  • Place graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon ofmelted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  • Place cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract and fruit spread in abowl and mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Grab your jars and spoon graham cracker mixture in the base andbegin layering yogurt mixture. Add one more layer of graham crackercrumbs and then top it off with yogurt, leaving some space at the top for garnish.
  • To garnish, add whipped cream and fresh blueberries.

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp La Vieja Fábrica Mixed Berry fruit spread
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 cup club soda
  • Ice
  • Frozen blueberries and roasemary forgarnish

Instructions

  • Juice lemon in a glass and add frozen blueberries and mixed berryfruit spread. Smash until well combined.
  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the berry mix, bourbonand a dash of cinnamon. Shake until combined.
  • Grab two glasses and add ice. Pour the bourbon fruit mix evenlyinto both glasses. Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with frozen blueberries and rosemary.

Homemade Raspberry Toaster Pastries

Materials

  • 2 cups all- purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter cut into cubes
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit La Vieja Fabrica Raspberry Jelly
  • For Glaze
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jelly
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine flour,sugarand salt. Using a pasty blender, work in the butter to formcrumbles. Wisk together egg and milk; stir into flour mixture with a fork until dough forms a ball. Divide in hlf and shape into disc; wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough from fridge and allow it to soften 10 to 15 minutes on counter. Roll out on a lightly floured work surface to a rectangle about 1/8th' thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut into nine 3 by 4 inch rectangles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Beat egg white with a splash water, and brush it aroundthe edge of each rectangle. Place a heaping tablespoon of filling into the center of each.
  • Roll and cut the second piece of dough just as you did the first. Top each filled pastry with a second rectangle of dough, using your fingertips, press firmly around all sides and crimp edges with a fork or a ravioli cutter to seal.
  • Prick the top of each tart with a fork to allow the steam to secape with backing. Freeze for 10 mintues, then bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove them from the oven, and allow them to cool completely before glazing.
  • To prepare glaze, whisk together confectioners sugar, jelly and milk and stir until it just flows off a spoon. Spread or drizzle onto cooled pastries.
