Apple Apricot Baked Brie
Apple & Apricots pair so beautifully together. Add a wheel of brie and it is the perfect appetizer for holiday entertaining! It only takes 20 minutes to make and is sure to be the hit of the party!

- 1 Small Bowl
- Mini Dutch Oven
Materials
- 1 diced apple
- 1/4 cup diced pecans
- 1 tbsp La Vieja Fabrica Apricot Fruit Spread
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 wheel Brie
Instructions
- Add your diced apple, melted butter, cinnamon, pecans and fruit spread in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add your brie to the bottom of a mini dutch oven and then top iwth your topping mixture
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and serve with crackers or veggies.
