1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combines. Add butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix again until well combined.
2. Divide the batter evenly between 10 muffins cups (each cup will be between 2/3 and 3/4 full). Bake for 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
3. Divide buttercream into two bowls. Add one color of choice to one bowl and one to another bowl and mix well. Open piping bag with a tip of choice and layer in buttercream. Frost cupcakes.
4. Puncture toothpicks into leaves and scatter all over foam ball (paint green a few hours prior) Add cupcakes and enjoy!
